Absolutely terrible. Waited 4 hours for a transport from Byrd to Cabrini.
They shouldn't even get 1 star!! They leave patients that require their transportation between facilities to sit in hospital er for hours 3-6 after being discharged!! They get paid for this every time someone is loaded in that ambulance and can't even attempt to do it in a timely fashion
