The idea that this company won’t contract with any insurance company and then send you to collections because they “changed their policies” is absolutely absurd. We “had” to use this company without any knowledge of the insurance/contracting issues because the hospital never gave us a choice for the multiple rides we had to incur that were both medically necessary and non-medically necessary.
