I got an after hours callback within an hour of leaving a voicemail. Caring and knowledgeable!
I bought two heat pumps from Acadia Refrigeration in 2013. They were quick with their initial assessment, and installation. Last year, one of the units inside was making loud noises. Still under warranty, I called on Dec. 14th. I was informed that Acadia Refrigeration does not make appointments to deal with issues like this. Instead, they put my name on a board, and any technician who has extra time at the end of the day will call and see if he can come do it. Not very convenient for people who have jobs. We are very happy with both the system and the service. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We have had the system for a year now and they don't hesitate to answer our questions and make sure we are satisfied.
Sooo I rarely write reviews as I'm pretty particular and have to be really impressed by a company to take the time to do so. Acadia Refrigeration was one of three local Valley companies I asked to provide a quote for our heat pump system. I didn't choose them because they were the lowest price (even though they were), but because they were super professional, responsive and focused on providing exactly what I wanted and needed.
