Acadia was excellent to deal with right from the start. The dispatcher was very courteous and responsive. She was transparent about how long it would be until a tech could arrive and keep me updated throughout. The tech was very professional and had extensive knowledge of our system. He found the issue in under one hour. I originally had another company come out and assess the issue, took several hours, which was unsuccessful and cost me over $1000. I trust Acadia and will use them for all of my future needs.

I bought two heat pumps from Acadia Refrigeration in 2013. They were quick with their initial assessment, and installation. Last year, one of the units inside was making loud noises. Still under warranty, I called on Dec. 14th. I was informed that Acadia Refrigeration does not make appointments to deal with issues like this. Instead, they put my name on a board, and any technician who has extra time at the end of the day will call and see if he can come do it. Not very convenient for people who have jobs. We are very happy with both the system and the service. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We have had the system for a year now and they don't hesitate to answer our questions and make sure we are satisfied.
