While the gorgeous jewelry at Acadia Jewels is what draws you in, their customer service is the real gem here. We purchased a stunning bicolor tourmaline ring here in the fall of 2023 while vacationing in Acadia National Park, but one of the prongs became loose after we got home. Roxanne and Jay were extremely responsive in taking care of the problem and eventually we decided to add two additional prongs to secure the gemstone. I just met Roxanne in the park and had a lovely chat with her. Sadly the store was not opened for the 2023 season, but I was able to tell her how much I love the piece I purchased from her last year. I will be sure to plan my next visit after opening day!

There are treasures to be found here! Why go home with a pile of t-shirts and coffee mugs when you can remember your trip with a beautiful piece of Maine jewelry that will become a family heirloom. I've been wanting a Maine tourmaline for some time and found this beautiful piece at Acadia Jewels. The owners, Jay and Roxanne, are awesome and knowledgeable.
