This company is horrible. They represent Powell Gravel and Stone. The driver of the gravel truck didn't properly clean his truck and I was traveling behind him and my windshield got smashed. They just outright denied that it was their responsibility and closed the case. Brought it to Aaron Bergeron's supervisor, Barbara Taylor, and she said they would not accept any responsibility either. They are both rude and arrogant. Now I have to continue dealing with my joke of an insurance provider, Travelers, to try to go after them.... read more

Clean and friendly
I would give this company 0 stars if it were possible. My vehicle was damaged at a property that they insure. The garage door literally closed on the roof of my vehicle causing damage to it. My claim was denied because “there was no other incident prior to or after my incident”. I told the agent, Katie, that the garage door was nonfunctional for days after the incident and a garage company came out to fix the garage.
