After an insured company by Acadia insurance (NH blacktop sealers) damaged three vehicles in my company's parking lot Aaron Bergeron and Acadia insurance have been stringing me along for months. An extreme lack of professionalism it's just a start to what is wrong with this company. If your vehicle ever gets damaged by this company, good luck! They are absolutely excellent at denying responsibility for their clients actions, even if witness statements contradict their claims. Their goal seems to be to drag out a claim as long as possible while they investigate, in the hopes that you will give up. You will need to take them to court to get a response it seems.
Insurance agent, Aaron Bergeron represents Continental Paving Company. My windshield has been hit with rocks numerous times on the highway from this company's trucks and Acadia will accept zero responsibility and won't even cover the cost of the deductible to replace the windshield. Aaron Bergeron is a subpar insurance agent, I would look elsewhere for a competent company to work with.
Thief’s …… charged me to cancel a policy then went to my new agent and forced a cancellation on a different policy for “non payment” on an old policy. I never took a claim on the company in over 10yrs of doing business
