Excellent Dr !!!
My grandmother got a pair of hearing aids at this place and has non stop problems with them “ringing” since she has gotten them and haven’t been able to wear them once. She has returned multiple times to try to get them fixed so she can wear them without issues but they will not fix them for her and says if she keeps coming back then they will charge her and were very rude to her. She still has yet to wear her hearing aids. Would not recommend this place.

I was visiting Maine when my hearing aid stopped working. I called Acadia Hearing, they told me to drop it off and they would check it out. The hearing aid needed to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, unfortunately it was 2 months beyond warranty. . Acadia Hearing took care of that, I picked it up today. The staff at the Ellsworth office were efficient and friendly, the audiologist called me two times to keep me up to date. I was impressed, especially since I'm not a client in their practice. Thank you Acadia Hearing
