I would give zero stars if I could and this is my first ever bad review so I do not take this lightly. I've never experienced the level of disrespect, poor customer service and lack of education about basic human decency in a company. They do not care about their customers, they only care about themselves. I was trying to pay them, that is it, and the ignorance and rudeness I experienced was insane. I was left in tears. They hold me hostage because they supply heat for my home. Go somewhere else.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Acadia Fuel. I called with a simple question and was met with shocking rudeness right from the start. Instead of being helpful or even remotely professional, the person on the phone was dismissive, condescending, and outright aggressive. I’ve never been spoken to like that by a business before. Acadia Fuel has been amazing to work with! Drivers and people I've worked with on the phone have all gone out of their way to take care of us. Highly recommend!
I would give it no star if I could most ignorant and uneducated workers and owners. By the rest of the reviews it's not uncommon for them to swear, threaten, and yell at customers. My advice is carry cans before allowing this place to deliver if by miracle they can or will anyways. Disgusting!
Really, no stars, but that was not an option. Last year, the owner of our property died along with all the paperwork to prove our ownership of the propane tank. At that time the delivery service was stopped until estate issues were worked out. When I called this past week to restore service, they claimed there were "issues" with this account (notwithstanding that they had serviced our property for a decade and a half without incident).
