I would give it no star if I could most ignorant and uneducated workers and owners. By the rest of the reviews it's not uncommon for them to swear, threaten, and yell at customers. My advice is carry cans before allowing this place to deliver if by miracle they can or will anyways. Disgusting!
Really, no stars, but that was not an option. Last year, the owner of our property died along with all the paperwork to prove our ownership of the propane tank. At that time the delivery service was stopped until estate issues were worked out. When I called this past week to restore service, they claimed there were "issues" with this account (notwithstanding that they had serviced our property for a decade and a half without incident). My father has been a customer for years and has nothing but good things to say. Now that I've taken over some of the responsibilities for him and have been dealing with them myself, I agree completely! Always helpful, caring, just good people.
