Really, no stars, but that was not an option. Last year, the owner of our property died along with all the paperwork to prove our ownership of the propane tank. At that time the delivery service was stopped until estate issues were worked out. When I called this past week to restore service, they claimed there were "issues" with this account (notwithstanding that they had serviced our property for a decade and a half without incident). My father has been a customer for years and has nothing but good things to say. Now that I've taken over some of the responsibilities for him and have been dealing with them myself, I agree completely! Always helpful, caring, just good people.

Called yesterday (day before Christmas weekend) they said they would try hard to get to me by the end of the day but they had a lot of people to get to. I said thank you, my fault for calling so last minute. (Had less than 1/8 of a tank). Truck pulled up in driveway 10 minutes later! And 10 minutes after that he was done and leaving. THANK YOU for exceptional service!
