Incredibly disappointed in my experience with Acadia Allergy thus far. I experienced an incredibly painful reaction in early January that, while miserable on its own, has caused a great deal of stress for the past 2+ months as I have been waiting for an appointment not knowing the cause. A week before my appointment, I was informed that an "emergency" had come up and the doctor scheduled to meet with me would not be able to see me and the next available appointment wouldn't be until June 2nd. 6 MONTHS! After going here almost 2 years I show up at 4:34 and they refuse to give me my shots because they said they would have to stay until 5:04. Lord forbid!! Obviously the patient doesn’t matter. You are a number and a $ here. I will be finding a different allergist.
Dr. Chuck Greene is THE Best! When I started as his patient in 2014, I was miserable. He is the only doctor to take time to really show concern and compassion . He worked with me to get me relief and help me feel better. I love him and would recommend him to everyone, but then it may get harder to see him. Hahaha! Oh, his nurse, Jean is very friendly and helpful.
The testing that I received seemed to be accurate. The Doctors and staff were all very nice and courteous. The information that I received prior to the visit concerning billing was inaccurate. I cannot recommend for that reason.
Love Dr Pulcini. He has a great bedside manor and is very thorough!
