If you have the money, great place to build. Close to downtown greenville. Pretty.
We moved in April 2015. We are so happy at this community. This is a beautiful neighborhood with every home being unique. If you want a sense of community, this is the place for you.
Amazing community close to all the great places in Greenville, yet has a very private atmosphere. The homes are all beautiful and individual. This is not a cookie cutter community. The amenities are fantastic: great pool, river house with kayaks, large pavilion with fireplace, lots of walking trails with beautiful views.
