My father lived here for four years and considered it his home and was very happy there. The staff treated him like a family member and I could see they respected and cared deeply about him. They provided him and the other residents with their individual needs addressed. It was the best assisted living facility I have ever seen.

The Villas at Academy Village is truly a gem. They are small, so the staff quickly gets to know each patient on an individual basis, and they treat us well. I never felt uncared for or in jeopardy, and they treated me with dignity and respect. Everyone should be so lucky to have a Villa to help them as they navigate their final months / years.
I worked here and the pay is very low. Manager is awesom , but she rely on others to do her job, the caregivers not trained properly to care for the elderly, people work without certification here watch out!!! Not very good place to work in my opinion
