I go into the gun department looking for a case for my Beretta NaNo, 1st a Manager SERGIO tells me they don't sell that gun when it's in the case with a HUGE sign that states SALE $318. I went to buy shoes for my family and it took well over 25 minutes for me to pay. They only had 2 registers open. Management seeing the lines were getting longer did nothing about it. Very poor service.
Always two registers open with a large number of customers waiting in line
