Never met so many uneducated illiterate employees in one place. I entertain the idea that the company itself employs shady tactics and lies to fool its customers. But the employees are still uneducated and have no interest in helping the customers.
HORRIFFIC CURBSIDE SERVICE!!!!! I WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES FOR MY "SERVICE" AND EVERY ATTENDANT I ASKED FOR HELP TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. CALLS TO THE STORE DIRECTLY ARE JUST A ROUND ROBIN OF RECORDED MESSAGES.
Frankie in the shoe department was very helpful! He truly went out of his way to find us what we were looking for. From the first interaction with him over the phone to him assisting us when we were in the store was exceptional! We ended up purchasing 8 pairs of sneakers!
last time i will shop at this store one the employees lost his phone and thought we took it he asked us like 3 times and told the guy at the registers to ask us agin and to stall us and to make it wrost he he some other employee watched us walk out of the store.....so my husband said he wanted he could search us THIS MAKES ME REALLY MAD come on there were other people there to

I go to the store all the time but there is a rude ass rep there. I called the main office let’s see if they do there job
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I made a small return of $30.00, on Body Glove swim shoes that fell apart after 1 use!! The guy behind the counter didn't acknowledge me, say sorry for the bad product, nothing!! Too much retail competition to treat customers that way. Will never shop at Academy ever again.
