I go into the gun department looking for a case for my Beretta NaNo, 1st a Manager SERGIO tells me they don't sell that gun when it's in the case with a HUGE sign that states SALE $318. Came to look for football jerseys and out of this huge store, did not keep any nfl jerseys at all. me and my family just left and didnt buy anything.
I arrived at the store at 9:33 p.m. on August 3rd 2019. I was greeted buy a woman named Quad. yeah not, welcome to Academy, but we close in 18 minutes no exceptions! Then, all during my shopping trip she was making announcements we close in 15 minutes we close in ten minutes we close in 9 minutes no exceptions! Yeah wow! I you lost me as a customer and obviously QUAD and her staff could really care less
The Macon store is misleading with their prices, went to purchase item , got to the register and it rings up different price. Should have been given the price that the tag says since it was the correct product. Make sure you check the prices before purchasing your items. They have lost yet another customer.
I got the wrong gauge shotgun shells. Just wanted to exchange with receipt. They wouldn't do it.Now I'm very Leary of buying anything else from there.Was going to get a shotgun but... not now
Nobody will answer their telephones. At either Macon,Ga or Warner Robins,Ga location. That is why Amazon will put you OUT OF BUSINESS!
I was in this past Saturday to buy 2 kayaks. Over an hour later and several complaints, I finally was able to leave with the kayaks. Customer service is a atrocious in this store. They don't care. Only the cashier apologize for my inconvenience.
