love the customer service and the prices very pleased
Went to Concord mills and was there soon after they opened...saw some ammunition in the flyer that came in TODAY'S paper...they didn't have any and don't issue rainchecks...WHY have something advertised if you arent gonna have any nor will you offer a raincheck....SORRY store!!...guess I will buy all my stuff online with NO sales tax...Pitiful!

I consistently spend 200-300 a month at Dicks on fan gear, outdoor products and fitness equipment and accessories. Thursday I ordered a limited edition product at an Academy store and had it shipped to my home 2 day express. Why did it take Academy 2 days to tell me via email that the product was unavailable and I was SOL. ...and what did the offer me for dropping the ball? A $5 coupon on my next purchase.
