I ran into a problem with a bicycle I purchased there . . . the staff discovered the problem and treated me very well and corrected the situation beyond my expectations . . I appreciate the way it was handled . 5 stars as far as I am concerned . . . well , make it a 5 + . . .
been there once and i love their shoes.
When I purchased shoes they told me that shoes have one year warranty. I have 2 pairs that I bought at the same time and did not last one year, when I went to return they always have a foolish excuse and refuse to return them.
I tried to buy something off of a clearance rack and was charged full price. It may have been a simple error but the way it was handled by the employees rubbed me the wrong way. They made me feel like I was trying to cheat them.

Called TWICE to verify the availability of a specific item prior to driving 2 hours to buy it only to find out the store actually did not have the item. Then was treated rudely by an employee when attempting to voice frustration over the situation. Management did discount a similar item but they still made us feel as though they were doing us a favor instead of compensating for their mistake.
