I like the store but it's often hard to get service because they have too many employees. That's right, too many. If you hunt for help and you won't find an employee. Instead you'll find two, three, or four in a group socializing. It's bizarre and has been that ways for years and is experienced nearly every time. Frankly, I think they could reduce payroll by 30% or more and have better service and more productivity.
