Review after living here for 2 years as a renter Pros: - Good location. Easy access to the River Valley and other amenities. Really enjoy going out for walks in this area. If you have a balcony unit, beautiful view of the River Valley. - Clean building. Kind housekeeping lady who is here regularly. Cons: - Worst part of living here is the noise. Building has poor sound insulation - I can hear my neighbors above me and beside me. The building is also right at a busy intersection, so expect to hear traffic, a lot of emergency ... read more
Lived here for 5 years and can’t say anything bad. Always clean and well taken care of building.
This Place has V&S Roofing Working on there building blocking an Emergency access lane when there not even working 6:50am. I ask them to move over to the side and they were rude and threating! Not sure this is who you would want working on your building. !

Building is very poorly managed and maintained. Very serious issues within the building and multiple suites. Be careful !
