I never write a negative review and wasn't gonna make this comment but decided after going to our new pediatrician a few times now and seeing such an HUGE positive difference on how children and parents should be treated I decided to write this. This office is AWFUL beyond! Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff and the front desk as well. I have been taking my two children to Academy Pediatrics since 2019 and have been extremely happy. The staff is professional, compassionate and are always willing to help with questions and school forms. Dr. Bakshiyev is extremely warm, intelligent and always takes the time to carefully review and answer all my questions. I have a lot! Her expertise advice is always open minded and caring. Great staff and amazing doctor
After being a patient myself for over 12 years, when i was ready to pick a pediatrician for my 3 children it was very obvious I only wanted Dr Julia Bakshiyev. Her compassion, knowledge & attentive to detail is like no other! I can always ask questions about vaccines, eating habits, etc and she always gives the best advice & suggestions.
