I can't take a walk around the lake or complex without coming across the stench of weed several times. I can't leave the windows of your apartment open on a nice day or weed smoke will come into my apartment from neighbors and make my entire apartment smell like weed. Every weekend residents leave their trash to pile up outside of the trash compactor and dump their old and used furniture/boxes etc in the zone that specifically says no dumping. Management will not do anything about any of these things.
office staff starting with bibi is terrible. always new people working and no one seems to know how to do anything. buildings are INFECTED with roaches. when you tour, look inside the cabinet hardware, pull the fridge and stove out and you will see for your self.
Currently live here going on 3y. Apartment is very modern, comes w a full sized w/d, normal appliances. Nice walkway around the pond n perimeter of the buildings. Love the proximity to hopping on to the Tpke, but that’s a nightmare w the expansion construction. No real issues w neighboring neighbors, very nice. Others on the upper floors can’t be bothered, so idc. But, when we first moved in, there was always plenty of parking, all the time.
