I visited my mother just over a week ago, and I want to start by apologizing for throwing the trash in front of you all. I should have just tossed it in the dumpster myself. Reinaldo and his team are doing an amazing job maintaining the property, especially in this scorching weather. I don't blame you for feeling overwhelmed; it is hot out there. Thank you for looking out for my mother when she’s walking around or when you help her with throwing out her trash. I truly appreciate every one of you on the maintenance team.
