Definitely do not recommend. I went on a tour the property managers approach and attitude was not professional nor welcoming. The apartments have roaches and it doesn’t seem like a concern to them either.

It’s a very nice place to live. Staff works hard everyday to keep the property clean and safe for everyone. Management is always happy to help and constantly go the extra mile for residents. Maintenance personnel are very timely and act fast anytime work orders get sent at least in my personal experience. Bibi the property manager is extremely proactive, kind and involved, she is always looking for input from the residents to improve already exceptional living conditions. I’ve lived in Academy Park for about 3 years and I’ve loved my experience here! My apartment is so comfortable and the amenities the complex offers are great. Juana and Vivi are always so helpful and have answered all my questions :)
