We brought our son to see Dr Katz for a baseball injury. The office staff was great and Dr Katz is excellent! Highly recommend this practice.
Dr Duckett made me wait in the room for one and a half hours. I was crying by the time he got in there I was in so much pain. He apologized but seemed to not care at all to find out what was wrong with my leg. I'm in a wheelchair and had to sit up for longer than my allotted time. I was in so much pain by the time he came in. He couldn't diagnose my leg. He said I can't give you pain pills. I SAID I DIDN'T COME FOR PAIN PILLS I CAME FOR A DIAGNOSIS.
