I’ve lived here for over 2 years but will not be renewing our lease again. The maintenance staff is very friendly and the location is great! There are quite a bit of added fees for services (most of which you CANT opt out of) so watch out for that. I would absolutely not recommend getting a first floor apartment at Academy. We are facing the courtyard and our apartment floods when it rains through where the wall meets the floor in our living room. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I paid $350 for an application and have been trying for several days to get in contact with someone in the office with absolutely no response. I’ve called multiple times and sent emails, and no one will return my calls or provide any kind of update. It’s extremely unprofessional to take someone’s money and then completely ignore their attempts to communicate. Academy on Fourth has been a great experience! The location is unbeatable and the residents are very friendly & welcoming. Along with that, the pool, courtyard and gym offer a comfortable atmosphere. Rhonda is super helpful and quick to work on anything you need!
