Everything was beautiful, all tenants where very friendly, the leasing agent was wonderful and very helpful
I had such a great experience touring with Rhonda! She was so personable and made sure to show me everything I was interested in. Academy is in the perfect location, and I was really impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything is. The property manager was also incredibly sweet—she took the time to chat with my mom and me, which meant a lot. We absolutely loved our visit, and I’m so excited to move in! 😊

Overpriced apartment complex with many hidden fees. They are not in the business of compromising with tenants. Make sure to give 90 day notice or your rent will increase about 35% for the remaining months, and the buyout price tag is very high if you choose to go that route. Also, you will lose a large portion of your security deposit due to cleaning and other various out the door charges. The garage door breaks often if you choose to park with them.
