I went and took a tour with the manager, Rhonda. She was so friendly and helpful! The apartments are spacious and the social areas are beautiful! It is basically living in a 5-star hotel!
Amazing place and an amazing Team! The Team here at Academy has went above and beyond to ensure my apartment is a home. Very hands on, approachable,efficient and friendly staff. I couldnt have found a better place to live.
This is the place to be for location and luxury! Rhonda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention making the experience fun! I highly recommend!

Very impressed with the how well maintained the common areas are kept. Really enjoyed the tour of all the amenities and walkability to great restaurants. Such a welcoming and fun atmosphere! I was impressed with the leasing office -Melissa and Rhonda were very friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend Academy on Fourth!
