I called them to make a payment and the clerk asked me to call back in 5 minutes, since he need to open the payment app and it takes time to upload. Called back in 7 minutes and no answer…Called back in 10 minutes and still no answer! I knew I was closed to the office after googling the biz, so, I drove there and to my surprise the place is located in an old building that looks abandoned! I have called 5 different days to make a payment. Usually there is no answer. Phone used to be answered as a personal number. Then the wife answered. What happened to customer service?! HORRIBLE! I don't think this is a real business, just an individual trying to be a business with no idea of what to do. Dr. McKee, please change your billing!
