my first class here i immediately learned some practical skill sets that have helped me feel more confident whenever i’m out. both the instructors and community here are awesome.
Just finished two weeks of Krav Maga and Crosspit training. The instructors here were not only supportive, but also very knowledgable about self defense and techniques on body mechanics. Love it!
