I love the class! It's a great work out and you learn self defense techniques!!! Also everyone is very welcoming! I always hated going to gym for being a big girl... also feel like I am being looked down but not here!!

Checked out a few different places in the area and the Academy of Self Defense was definitely the best. Friendly, professional, and honest. Awesome Krav Maga instructors! The MMA and fitness coaches were super nice too. They do a free 2 week trial
If you want to get in shape in the new year ASD is the place for you. Great instructors, great place to train, and 2 free weeks to check out the classes.
