If you’re even thinking about trying a class at the Academy of Aerial Fitness—do it! I took just one fabric aerobics class and left feeling empowered, strong, and sexy. I’m definitely a pre-beginner (yes, that’s a thing!) and still, I felt completely welcomed and supported. Experience was horrible because I believe and know from personal experience that the owner( Karyoline) and Celina are racist (I am black) and discriminate against people with mental health issues and Autism I had done to myself and my children first hand. And will probably be taking further action but wanted to write the review. They took my money and then did what they did. What an amazing studio! I feel like I've grown so much as an aerialist just in the 3 weeks I was able to take classes here while visiting El Paso. My teachers, Raquel and Ashley, were so nice, patient and thorough in their instruction! Raquel asked me about my goals and taught me several moves I asked about that previously felt almost impossible (wheeldown, hip key rollup and flare inverts).
