Wow! I can't say how great and smooth our transaction went with Jim Misner. What a stand up loan officer. Lenders truly need more of you working for them. Stephen and Nicole were excellent throughout the process. I was a needy first time home buyer and they made the process simple and turned things around quickly allowing me to close on the home 5 days early.
We were lied to about our loan and the guy helping us completely dropped the ball and now we lost the house we fell in love with. People need to know before they go through this place. I have NEVER been so angry in my life. Don't tell people they are 100% APPROVED AND GOOD TO GO TO GET A HOUSE if you cant do your job correctly!!!!!!
