Shelby and Alyssa make a great team! They were extremely responsive to all of my crazy questions. Buying our first home was terrifying and they were able to ease all of my fears and took them time to make sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using Shelby and Alyssa as my Loan Officers in the future.
I can't tell you how wonderful it was to work with Matt Hannon. With something as terrifying as buying your first home, we were extremely nervous. Matt was there throughout the entire process answering the multitude of questions we had and providing all the reassurance we needed to stay focused. He made this experience so easy that we were able to really focus on the "fun" aspects of this process. We cannot wait to work with him again in the future. :)
Bill Hannon was an excellent loan specialist. He ensured we were taken care of as swiftly as possible (and we had to close extremely quickly). We were even overseas for two weeks of our closing and Bill made sure we were able to get all of our paperwork signed and delivered on time. We highly recommend working with Bill and refer him often. I'm sure there are many other Loan Officers that could have gotten us a house, but not all of them would have been as available and had as great customer service and Bill and his team. I was given complete access to Matt on his team. Matt was there to answer any and all questions. Being a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions. Hats off to the people at Academy Mortgage for all your efforts in securing a loan, at a great interest rate, for me. Bob Hollowaa moved mountains for me and went well above and beyond what I expected from him. Even when it looked like the deal was going to fall through due to a low appraisal, he worked hard to help me find a solution that kept the deal on track. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I was going to buy another house.
