My overall experience with Guild was that the staff were professional and respectful. Although I did find it hard to get help whenever I would call to speak with the representative. If you are looking to work with this lender, I would be cautious because they are not lenient Nor are they understanding. In the process of selling our home, we didn’t make the last month payment as to we were anticipating the loan being paid off in full by the new buyers.
