I was working with the loan officer for this company since October of 2016, she decided since I have thought a lot form the old lender she wanted to insure me that I get a loan we stated the process in late October to get a buyers ready loan approval before putting a contact on a home after long await and all the hustle and bustle I was approval for a buyers ready loan.
