Guild has been a complete nightmare to deal with. The web portal is completely non-functional, making a payment over the phone has been ridiculously difficult, and customer service has been a complete joke. Guild serviced my mortgage for 9 years. They were a disaster from the get go. Their website is crap. Simple stuff like setting up or cancelling auto pay was always such a hassle. This is a terrible company, and I would recommend staying away.
Three properties at once, and they pulled it all off without a single hitch. They were fantastic. Everything happened right on schedule. I don't know how you could ask for more. Props to Kristin and Boston.
We just want to thank Kit Bate and his team for helping us find our dream home! They went into great detail about what we were getting ourselves into as first-time homebuyers. Kit also has an incredibly informative Instagram that shares so many helpful tips and tricks. Everything was quick, and the process was smooth and easy. Thank you all so much!
Nate Johnson is awesome. great communication and options. Hes gotten some odd situations completed & I will continue to refer anyone who is looking to buy to him to see what they might qualify for.
1 star is generous. I’ve never had a great experience, been a loyal return customer for many years with several loans. This last experience sent me over the top, so I’ll be taking all of my referrals I’ve sent to guild and my business elsewhere. Submitted their internal survey of unpleasant experiences as well, but want to help the general public too.
