We just want to thank Kit Bate and his team for helping us find our dream home! They went into great detail about what we were getting ourselves into as first-time homebuyers. 1 star is generous. I’ve never had a great experience, been a loyal return customer for many years with several loans. This last experience sent me over the top, so I’ll be taking all of my referrals I’ve sent to guild and my business elsewhere. Submitted their internal survey of unpleasant experiences as well, but want to help the general public too.
