My brother has been at Andover Manor for over 6 months. The staff is to be commended for their knowledge, professionalism, and patience. He is very well taken care of, the food is excellent, and the cleaning staff keep the place spotless. I feel very fortunate that he is in such a safe and caring environment.

This a very irresponsible place my mom was hit by patient so severe she lost concient for almost a month not a call to.see how she was or.talk about what happens and no report at all I asked how it happened and no explanation at all this is not good we're was these staff to protect not only mom but others this coulve gotten prevented if they were more aware this place should get shut down
