We went to her and then ventured out to a few other places while shopping around and something in our hearts said go back to Bree at academy homes. She helped us tremendously in this process and was very good at communicating every step. 🏠 💴

The home sale went thru wonderfully, thank you Amanda. It's now been 8 months since I closed, my back door has been leaking and was told twice now that someone would come fix and nothing. The sheetrock by the back door is now wet. The customer service after they sell you the home is less desirable. I called last 5/13/25 and spoke to BJ about getting some additional trim sent to me from the factory and told me he would call me back with a price it's been 5 days now, doesn't take that long.
