I don’t usually post reviews but I am so impressed with Doctor Mike that I felt I had to. After being bounced around from Dr to Dr during a a shortage of family doctors I contacted Dr Mike who was happy to take me on. I have complex issues and Doctor Mike has been spot on with the reasoning every time. He has managed to get me many tests and exams within a very short time frame. Dr. Mike Figurski was quick, professional, and respectful. I love the video call the clinic offers, I think all clinics should have that. The only thing you would regret is not having been using them earlier!
Thank you so much, Dr. Mike Figurski! I was able to get the medication I needed for my strep throat without having to wait for hours in urgent care or the emergency room. I've been living in Kelowna for a year and am still on a waiting list for a local doctor. In the meantime, I book phone appointments with my family doctor in the Lower Mainland, but I couldn’t get an appointment with them for another day.
