Dr. Mike has always been good to me. Takes my concerns seriously and smart man. Knows a lot about sports injuries and he's always referred me to specialists when required. Love that. Many people have to wait weeks for an appointment but I've never had to wait more than a few days.
Worst doctor ever! Dr. Mike Figurski was very impatient and lack of mercy. When he saw patient was in pain, he only concerned on taking money from MSP, and getting rid of patients on his way ASAP, no matter how painful the patient was. I will never return and hope all doctors are doctors because they are willing to help patients, not because that doctors can make money.
I'll begin this with saying, I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to after a string of circumstances surrounding this situation. Some that I would have liked to be aware of before moving down the process of patient care with Dr Mike Figurski. And while the booking system is extremely efficient, and Dr Mike Figurksi seems like a really nice guy, Its impossible to ignore the glaring issues with the processes and care. I just moved to Kelowna, and struggled so much to get either a family doctor or a walk-in appointment for months. Luckily I came across this clinic online (for some reason it cannot be found on Google Map as a walk-in clinic), and finally got the medical care I needed. Dr. Mike was friendly and helpful. He addressed all my concerns and got me an imaging appointment very fast. I appreciate the service this virtual clinic is providing 🙏🏻
My mom lost her absolutely amazing family dr after 30 years as he retired.. some of my family members recommended Dr. MIKE . My mom is a senior and was treated poorly. Understanding the new way is technology these days it's not for seniors that don't use it or know how to and need just a old fashion phone call. Which seemed to be an issue for Mike.
