Took my 2020 Ranger in for an oil change. I always go see Alvin in the service dept. He’s the best. Took my keys when I arrived and told me he’d come get me in the waiting area when it was done. He’s always friendly and professional. I was concerned about the age of my original battery and so he had the tech check it out and discovered it was not performing up to specs. I didn’t have time to get one there so they offered to come to my house and replace it a few days later. Awesome people. Thank you!
