Poor customer service, they don't know how to service a electric problem.
I visited Academy Ford in Laurel, Maryland, for warranty work on my vehicle. specifically to address a light. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It took seven hours for the service team to contact me with an update, leaving me stranded as the shuttle service had ended by then. The staff tried to upsell me on windshield wipers, a radiator flush, and a brake fluid flush, despite me having completed these services within the last two weeks.
