Excellent. Nothing but praises. The staff and students are all professional, attentive, caring, knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate . I love coming here.
Unprofessional and petty and lack communication
Over all felt dismissed, like I was annoying the practitioners with questions and overall had side effects from the herbs and never had my call back from supervisor. I could tell it was indeed all about the money. Very saddened. They instead emailed me, and scheduled me an in person appointment without my approval of the date and time. I felt at that point it wasn’t worth it coming in, after never getting a phone call back from the supervisor. No refunds for the herbs I purchased either, and the delay of shipment was outrage... read more
this program has been so impactful, it's hard to put into words.. it hasn't always been pretty or easy. it's been incredibly challenging and frustrating at times.
