Great place and great people. Best Podiatrist around.
I sent two requests through the website for an appointment and received no response. I then called during business hours to try to make an appointment only to receive a voice mail. Patients don’t want to face to beg to be a client or jump through hoops with no response to make an appointment. I’ll take my business elsewhere as it’s clear new patients are not valued here.
I called today to confirm closing time and advised I was running out of a topical solution so I was going to go and purchase it. I arrived at 4:53 and the dermatology office opened the door and told me they already left for the day!!! I had to rush there after work trusting that they actually close at 5pm and they we all gone before that.
Great staff from the greeting at the desk to Dr Pokala. Dr Pokala is so informative and kind. Hi highly recommend this office.
