Do not go to this thief. Returned a $240 boot because Amazon had same boot for $23. The office took the boot back and 2 months later still no refund. Argyle office is only a shell of existence open for a couple days a week. Answering service is of no use. No paperwork, nothing filed with my insurance. Just took the $ and done. I have seen other people posting on social media of this same problem with same dr. Do yourself a favor and find another foot dr.

I sent two requests through the website for an appointment and received no response. I then called during business hours to try to make an appointment only to receive a voice mail. Patients don’t want to face to beg to be a client or jump through hoops with no response to make an appointment. I’ll take my business elsewhere as it’s clear new patients are not valued here.
I called today to confirm closing time and advised I was running out of a topical solution so I was going to go and purchase it. I arrived at 4:53 and the dermatology office opened the door and told me they already left for the day!!! I had to rush there after work trusting that they actually close at 5pm and they we all gone before that.
