From the Receptionist, Maddie, the Med Asst, Lilly to Dr Barns everyone was wonderful in Denton. I am having a procedure in SouthLake & going on a day these 3 will be there. Wonderful, folks who are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable.
Went outside on a hot day to wave as we looked for the office. Were extremely courteous when we arrived a little late. Dr. Barnes listened carefully and asked many questions. She showed genuine interest in my situation. Thank you.
I don’t know why they make appointments 20 minutes for me to come get you once you check in another 20 or 25 minutes for the doctor to come in and then they want you to hang around and wait to be checked out would not recommend
Visit was good til end Kim came basically demanding a $15 co-pay for a consultation to where I got a referral for my Dr Tami Barton very rude and disrespectful act like she want to call the police and then switched up because I had someone on the phone with me very rude. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come here
The Denton office is only open on Tuesdays. I would love to have been able to make an appointment but right now I have a schedule conflict. Denton is a major city so it should have more availability.
