My daughter was in today and wanted to get an exam. The lady she dealt with was extremely rude. After several rude statements my daughter still made an appointment. Needless to say she will not go to that appointment. They just lost that money. We have made an appointment with our previous eye dr and won't think about going anywhere else again. Horrible. I waited 7 weeks for contacts and they never arrived - went in and cancelled the order, got a refund, and they passed me my prescription. When I got home I realized the prescription was incorrectly written! Called and they apologized for the doctors mistake and he wrote me the corrected prescription and faxed it - they hardly even cared. I am never going back.
