I'm leaving this review on behalf of my dad. He purchased a 2016 Ford explorer from them about 2 years ago. This car has been nothing but a nightmare from the start. The first time we had a major issue with the car, it cost around $3,500 in repairs (luckily covered by an extended warranty). It took 8 weeks for him to get his car back. The car is again having major issues that would cost $12,000 to repair. He now owes over $18K on a car that he can't drive anymore.
