Great experience. Kyle was great and efficient and very perfessional.
Use to a great bank, over 15 years with them. Open on Sundays at Wally World. Then crazy Fees, rude branch managers. Now charging $1 per Temp Check. Moving my account to ENT Credit Union.
I went there to get a card replacement due to wear and tear. And the card was in terrible shape. So anyhow the lady works other I think a she is the manager was very angry rude wanted to charge 15 dollars because she stacks to her ways. I could see why people switchbacks. Anyhow, I went to the branch next door, and they were super friendly, and they issued a new card at no cost.
