Rude and poor Customer Service from I think his name was Alen, he’s his Asian guy that sits in a little cubicle when you walk in towards the back. I walked in and there’s only one bank clerk there, which She was helping a gentleman already and they were having issues with his account. I walked in. I just had a cash, a cashiers check. I do not like to leave bad reviews but this bank needs to close and go back to the drawing board. I initially went here for a secured credit card and boy was that a mistake. They charge annual fees and many other banks do not. I called to make a payment and everything seemed to go well until 3 weeks later received a call stating they had a problem. This resulted in a massive point drop in my credit. 86 points to be exact. And at the time I was learning about credit. Had no idea that a business could cause that damage due to ... read more

Amber from Acamedy Bank was so nice and respectful. Her costumer service was awesome. Definitely made my bank experience a breeze and so much more pleasant.
