I’ve been going to Academy Athletics for over 3 years now and absolutely love it! Highly recommend if you are looking for a group fitness class. The classes themselves have a great mix of cardio and strength training. There is a nice variety of equipment in the gym and no two days are identical so you’ll never get bored of the workout. Lionel and Andrea are amazing trainers who go above and beyond to ensure you have a great workout and have fun at the same time. The group sessions are a great way to remain in shape. A 10/10 imo.

This is a great gym!! Lionel and all the trainers have great energy levels. The trainers are very nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. They are great at correcting your form and give you tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going here for 3 years and saw great improvements in my fitness levels. This is a perfect workout environment and I highly recommend everyone to check this gym out.
