I also live here and boy things have changed. The manager will not enforce the smoking rules for PHA smoking in VA. They use to buy it's horrible to walk in and it stinks so bad. I called and talked to the big manager and she states it's a Rural housing assistance same thing one is just located in the country the other in city. It applies to both.
