I've had the best vet experience both times I brought my dog here. I am astounded that I left smiling because I didn't have to wait AT ALL. I was given a same day appointment. And as soon as I walked in, we were led directly into the diagnostic room where a polite and cheerful Vet Nurse was ALREADY WAITING FOR US! :-D Right after the nurse was done.... the Doctor came RIGHT IN and saw us! I recently moved to the area from TEXAS. I needed to establish care with a vet and I chose Dr Chase because of a good review on the internet and the office location. I was pleased the office is clean, organized, smelled nice and easy to find. The staff is friendly, professional, compassionate and took time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I would recommend this practice to anyone who will listen! Three Cheers for Academy Animal Care!! Thank you for making me feel at ease with the care of my sweet little dog.
This clinic is a very carring orginazation. All that responded to my emergency did so with passion and experience. They were great!
