The Doctor didn’t listen and lacked compassion as well the nursing staff. The follow up was horrible.
Dr. Patterson is by far the best doctor I have seen in a long time. I saw him for Immunology issues. My first visit he came into the room, turned off his phone, and sat with me to discuss my health issues and creating a game plan with me for testing and treatment. I believe he was with me nearly an hour on my first visit. All following visits have been with him and nurse, approximately 20-minutes. Would give 0 stars if I could. Went for treatment of my allergies and got nothing in return and had to pay $75. I saw Dr. Patterson for maybe 5 minutes of my visit and that was essentially him telling me there was nothing he could do for me before sending me to pay for his words and egotistic attitude. 0 out of 5 stars and 12 times out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I feel like my concerns about my 8-month-old daughter were completely dismissed. He couldn’t be bothered when I had a concern about what I thought was food reaction. All I wanted was for him to hear me out, since he is the specialist in eczema etc. Instead he was dismissive and told me to contact my pediatrician. I did and I got a referral for someone else. Not impressed with Patterson. I will say the nurses and the office staff are incredibly nice.
I had an excellent visit today with Dr. Patterson. He was very professional, listened intently to my questions, and went into great detail when answering my questions. He was very transparent with me with the information I came for and I left feeling that I had clear options. He was not in a rush at all and gave me all the time I needed, even asking me at the end if I felt I had all my questions answered. I would highly recommend him!
