Horrible experience!!!! Had to wait 30 minutes when I had an appointment. The owner cut my hair much shorter than I asked. The student who styled my hair did not understand English or French and did not know what a straightening iron was. When was asked to pay they wanted to charge 35$ when they had told me 20$ on the phone!! Worst hairstyling experience of my life!!!
