Apparently, I should have read the reviews on this office. They are pretty accurate. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time at 7:40am. Once I entered the office I was told to sign-in. Then I was given a stack of paperwork to fill out for my first time visit. Shortly thereafter, I was called to go into the examination room. Once inside I continued to fill out the paperwork. Awful. Will give details later. But this location is the absolute worst. My docotors sent documents 3x and the receptionist staff had 0 clue. Why would I trust a medical office with such people? I can see why this location has such bad reivews. I wish I had gotten a dr at the 10290 N 92nd St building 2 suite, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 location. No, refused to go. Awful absolutely awful stressful clinic to deal with. Found a much better one. If you see this reivew, book a different urologist. Don't go here.

Took my dad to his doctors appointment with Dr.Mai. Dr.Mai took forever to see my dad. Once my dad saw the doctor, we were scheduling for in next appointment the staff worker was rude. She looked annoyed and had an attitude.

After a great experience with another doctor at one of their different locations, they sent me here for a follow up. The PA has ZERO bedside manner. She was very abrasive, quick, I felt violated by what happened to me physically, and will never come back to this location again.
