I am very pleased with the care that have I received here. Staff has gone above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend PA Mary and Dr. Mai. The front desk staff are extremely helpful but I have to give a big shoutout to Jael who goes above and beyond to help!
Apparently, I should have read the reviews on this office. They are pretty accurate. I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time at 7:40am. Once I entered the office I was told to sign-in. Then I was given a stack of paperwork to fill out for my first time visit. Shortly thereafter, I was called to go into the examination room. Once inside I continued to fill out the paperwork. Before I knew it, Dr. Mai was in the exam room. We discussed my issues and history. He then informed me that I would need to go elsewhere for a... read more

Awful. Will give details later. But this location is the absolute worst. My docotors sent documents 3x and the receptionist staff had 0 clue. Why would I trust a medical office with such people? I can see why this location has such bad reivews. I wish I had gotten a dr at the 10290 N 92nd St building 2 suite, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 location. No, refused to go. Awful absolutely awful stressful clinic to deal with. Found a much better one. If you see this reivew, book a different urologist. Don't go here.
