This place is an absolute joke. Do not go here. I went to see Dr Mai and they recommended a procedure. They referred me to a surgery center that was not in my network. They were supposed to call me back to update the surgery center. It’s been almost 2 weeks and after multiple calls and emails to their surgery scheduler we still have no answers, no responses whatsoever. Completely unacceptable, really shows how much they “care” about your health and well being. Consider any other doctor who has a competent staff

If you like being treated like human garbage, this is the place for you. I give this place one star because they did help my dad with his medical issue. Other than that, the experience was horrific and the staff should be 1) ashamed, and 2) fired. We arrived and went to the waiting room, only to be told that there was ANOTHER waiting room at the other end of the hall, much smaller. Beforehand, over the phone, I was told that I had to stay in the area but that I could go get lunch (his operation would last roughly 2-3 hours).... read more

Honestly wouldn’t be going here if I didn’t have to. Not only do you have to wait 3+ months for an appointment but the front desk staff is horrible. Terrible attitude every time I’ve been here, they keep giving me a hard time about having a physical copy of my insurance card even though they have it on file? The doctors and nurses are nice

Showed up for an appointment this morning and office was locked and dark. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. Contacted AUUA and as was told that my file showed that I was contacted on 9/06 about rescheduling. Wow, how odd - no phone record, no voice mail, no email, no text regarding such. I did, however, find an email on 9/07 CONFIRMING my appointment for 9/13 AND I got a text 9/12 CONFIRMING my appointment for 9/13. Lack of courtesy is disappointing. Time to explore my options.
