Took my dad to his doctors appointment with Dr.Mai. Dr.Mai took forever to see my dad. Once my dad saw the doctor, we were scheduling for in next appointment the staff worker was rude. She looked annoyed and had an attitude.

After a great experience with another doctor at one of their different locations, they sent me here for a follow up. The PA has ZERO bedside manner. She was very abrasive, quick, I felt violated by what happened to me physically, and will never come back to this location again.

This place is an absolute joke. Do not go here. I went to see Dr Mai and they recommended a procedure. They referred me to a surgery center that was not in my network. They were supposed to call me back to update the surgery center. It’s been almost 2 weeks and after multiple calls and emails to their surgery scheduler we still have no answers, no responses whatsoever. Completely unacceptable, really shows how much they “care” about your health and well being. Consider any other doctor who has a competent staff

If you like being treated like human garbage, this is the place for you. I give this place one star because they did help my dad with his medical issue. Other than that, the experience was horrific and the staff should be 1) ashamed, and 2) fired. We arrived and went to the waiting room, only to be told that there was ANOTHER waiting room at the other end of the hall, much smaller. Beforehand, over the phone, I was told that I had to stay in the area but that I could go get lunch (his operation would last roughly 2-3 hours).... read more
