Working with the np was great, very knowledgeable. Trying to get a message to the office is frustrating. I waited on hold 20 min. At the central number. The phone counts down the minutes. It took a week to get a prescription transferred from the Walgreens in Surprise to Lakeside. The 2nd prescription was easier, but I could have been through with the first one. Which is apparently what I have to do before starting the 2nd.
