This urology practice has to be the worst-run offices I've ever been to. The doctor I saw was rude and abrupt. I vowed to myself to never see him again. The office staff, and it's the same two girls that seem to follow the doctor to different offices, they seemed incompetent, and I dealt with them more than once. I've been to three of the offices. I did see one PA at the North Phx office that I loved. She really listened and helped me. Even trying to call in, you are on hold forever.
The office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful; I have sat waiting over an hour past an appointment time and had to ask several times only to need to cancel the appointment and reschedule had to wait over 2 months. Was unable to get a test required and called was told we would discuss at my appointment only to receive follow up call and told to get a copy of a CT that I couldn't get and when trying to explain I needed to follow up with the Dr hung up on me.
