Went here for a consultation for a severe pelvic organ prolapse. The front desk was kind. That was it. I was treated as if I walked in off the street no referral no paperwork filled out. I filled it all out and was sent with a detailed referral . I was treated like I was just hoping I could come in and have a pelvic exam ! asked why I was there on 3 separate occasions even though I completed all the intake paperwork . I had to start from scratch explaining my issues that are embarrassing and uncomfortable. I was treated as i... read more

I don't know why there are any bad reviews. Dr. Kaplan is amazing and his NP is as well. The people at the front desk were so kind and funny. We had the best experience. We live right around the corner from this practice and couldn't be happier that we have a urologist this close to us and they really care! The Dr. told my husband..."Don't you worry, we are going to run all the tests we need to, to find out what's going on." Great practice all around!

We waited another 3 -1/2 weeks to see Dr Kapland, and at that appointment they performed a scope and removed the catheter. No blood work and no urine analysis at that appointment. The cater was taken out on a Friday, my Dad was admitted to the hospital for 9 days with a urinary track infection, injury to his Kinn... read more

The doctor I saw acted like he worked in a drive thru instead of with patients. He didn't hardly ask me any questions about any problems I've been having. He talked to me for 5 minutes then said I needed a CT and ushered me to the front desk. I waited for him to come in the room for 30 minutes and he only saw me for 5.
